Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A valid tracking number must be provided once the item has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
- Original Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item for a refund. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
